It was created to make opportunities for other DJs.

Two DJs became twenty eight.

The logo grew.

The responsibility grew even faster.

Leadership wasn't about being in front.

It was about making sure everyone else had a stage.

Kansas was never supposed to be part of the story.

But sometimes distance reveals what proximity hides.

Clients never cared where I lived.

They cared that every promise was kept.

That's when I realized I wasn't building a DJ company.

I was building trust.

From the outside, it looked like silence.

I became a father.
